We’ve used their service for over 10 years and even bought a Kuma stove. They were prompt, easy to get ahold of, called the day before to confirm time, and were friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

We have been using Heartland Chimney Sweeps for years and they have always offered top notch service and honest knowledge. They have helped us in a pinch and we have been able to rely on them time and time again.
The chimney sweeps themselves were excellent - - polite, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately their office was hard to get ahold of, we called to schedule an appointment and they called us back after several days. Also their earliest appointments were over a month out with no time slots, just the day they could be there.
