The showroom staff was very helpful and the installation crew did a wonderful job. We are very happy with our new granite countertops!

Amber was amazing! We worked with her for the cabinets and granite countertops in a new cabin we built. She worked within our budget and was attentive to every detail to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. I really appreciated her clear and prompt communication throughout the entire process.
Be forewarned - the owner is not right. Had granite installed in our rental cabin the first week of March. Purchased two bath vanities with new granite and new granite for our kitchen. Spent over 4k. Signed off on the deal after install - it looked great. That is, until we hung the bathroom mirror a few days later. My husband had noticed water was pooling in the back left corner of the vanity and when I pointed out the mirror was crooked he checked the vanity with a level, and sure enough it wasn't level. The reason this is a two instead of a one is that the final product looks great. The lack of customer service, high cost and unnecessary stress is the reason for the low rating. We thought choosing a local company for replacing all kitchen and bathroom cabinets in our cabin would be great. In actuality it left us with the same high prices, but without any of the professionalism or accountability of a large store.
