HEARTLAND BANK is the best bank I've ever had to deal with. Any issues I've ever had have been quickly. Resolved and the people who assist you are always kind. Idk many banks that will removed overdraft fees without much question, the way they do. If you don't have a bank or have been wanting to find a new one, I HIGHLY recommend them!
There are some friendly clerks here and then there are some new "i follow the rules" clerks. Me, my family, and my family's store have been doing business with this bank for 7 years with very few problems....until recently. I personally was doing the same business transaction for almost 2 years with no hassle. All of a sudden it is against the rules to complete the transaction the normal way which i was use to.
