My experience with heartland bank and Tammy, is she’s kind of rude and disrespectful. If it’s not a question she wants to answer or deal with. I also feel like jessica the brand manager should not be in charge there as she doesn’t seam to know what she’s doing, and it’s questionable who my information really goes and went to during recent events with my business banking.
As soon as I walked into the bank I was kindly greeted! I was taken care of by Sara & Tammy different days. Both are very kind & professional. Everyone working there is very friendly. I wish I was aware of this bank years ago. That's how at home I felt. The comfort & customer service was just outstanding and the way they explained all the bank has to offer not only that they didn't mind answering any questions I had. Banks are getting away from this & it's sad. Thank you so much, cause I'm so glad I found such a great bank.
I came in here to open an additional account due to changes in my prior bank. I had a couple questions before i had even considered this bank in which i called and talked to Tammy. Tammy was not only super helpful over the phone but was very knowledgeable and welcoming as sometimes it’s not a fun or easy process to move everything from one to another.
