Very helpful and caring bank
All of the Heartland Bank girls in Minooka know me when I come thru the door. They are always friendly and helpful with all my banking needs. This is a GREAT bank.
A bank that requires you to jump though many hoops just to access their online banking isn’t a bank at all. Why do I have to change my password every single time I log into my account? Why am I blocked access from my account after I gain access? What is the point of being a bank? Maybe to screw over your customers
