Wonderful service. Greeted with kindness. Caleb was efficient and friendly. A warm atmosphere at a bank, where I was treated like a human. There was no upselling. Caleb living up to the HEART in the Heartland name. Thank you so much! Highly recommend Heartland bank.
Bank will not call or message you when account is overdrawn. They chose to charge multiple $32 fees until you notice you are being taken advantage of.
