Waited on phone 20 minutes for somebody from mortgage department to answer never had any one pick up phone poor customer service
Been trying to get a hold of someone at this location for days now and none of them answer the phone. I used to really like this bank but since I moved out of state they have been nothing but a pain. I would not recommend!
Brittany and Justin are amazing they help out with anything they can, and they are SO nice 10 stars if I could 10/10 would recommend this bank.
