I can’t say enough good things about Amber. She helped my family through the entire process of buying our first home, and honestly I don’t think we could have done it without her. She was always dependable, did her best to answer every question we had (and we had a lot), and I could reach her pretty much anytime. She also worked around my schedule, which meant a lot. Amber is amazing! Amber helped with early planning, communicated frequently and clearly, and was always on my team. They went out of their way to ensure things went smoothly including watching rates, and attending closing. What I super appreciate as well is following up after to make sure things went well for the first payment, and just be reachable long term. I sincerely appreciate Amber putting their best into what they do, and doing so with care and kindness.
Their phone service sucks, it’s better to go in person. Just to open a checking I’m going through so many unnecessary hoops, kinda regretting opening an account here now. Only person who’s really helped me is Chrissy everyone else sends me to the wrong voicemail or talks over me when I’m trying to explain why I’m calling and asking questions when they don’t even know what I’m talking about. Only reason I’m staying here for is Chrissy and her amazing work as well as Hailey’s and because of Forbes

Waited on phone 20 minutes for somebody from mortgage department to answer never had any one pick up phone poor customer service
