All of the tellers I have ever dealt with were courteous and polite. Today Christopher helped me with four different accounts and handled the entire situation very well.
I had a good visit with a banker today as I set up a debit card on my new business account.
BEWARE!!!! If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. We were given incorrect information by an employee, multiple times in writing, and that information ended up costing us so much in the end. The bank will not do anything to resolve the issue (and we aren't asking for much of anything)! I have reported it to the BBB and will have to seek legal help if I want them to be held accountable.
