RecommendedHEARTLAND BANK is the best bank I've ever had to deal with. Any issues I've ever had have been quickly. Resolved and the people who assist you are always kind. Idk many banks that will removed overdraft fees without much question, the way they do. If you don't have a bank or have been wanting to find a new one, I HIGHLY recommend them!
Want to make an after hours deposit but there are no slips/envelopes at this branch or Oglesby. So I guess if my rent check bounces it’s on you.
Not a nieghborhood bank. When a person comes in and asks for help and is told no because they don’t have an account when the help requested costs the bank 0 to accomplish. Garbage.

First week opening my account and they messed up my deposit amount. Tellers are rude. Definitely not a bank to do to if your in a hurry. They are very very slow. I can't wait to close my account here.
The customer service at Heartland Bank and Trust Company (200 E Church St.,... is on point. Get there right as they closing mind you, in the drive thru, get to the window and told it was too late. Cant cash the check for you. Told they cant perform services that they in the past have done. Just excuse after excise to avoid helping me get my check cashed. Let this be a shining example of the amazing customer service rendered. May you consider this when you choose your next financial institution.

great help had wallet stolen and they closed account open new one canceled cards etc asap
