Heartland banks service providers have gone over and above to provide me and ************** excellent service. Natalie ***** ******************* and ***************, along with the staff at the ********** branch have all given us better than expected service. I have never experienced this level of customer service in a long time. I consider them the Chick-Fil-A of the banking world.

While I sensed their team was learning about the PPP program like I was learning, they would always follow up if they did not have an immediate answer to one of my questions. Each person was very professional, but more importantly they seemed genuinely interested in helping me with our small business. Outstanding customer experience! Truly appreciated.

Incompetence all around. Not getting things signed and having to go back. Rejecting ACH withdrawals and when I call they don't know why. Several employees, not just one in particular. Rude staff in Westerville. Never will do business with them again!
