First time ordering. Good quality, on time. Person that took my order very helpfull,friendly.
Don't have trouble with the products but they put my card on file on my mother-in-law's account without my permission and charged me for a membership fee when I call them back they gave me some of it back and said they couldn't give me the processing fee back even though it was a fraudulent charge.

I received a defective boombox DVD player from HeartlandAmerica .I did not want to return it because number one , I threw away the box before I realized it did not work. Shipping return cost would be more money than I wanted to spend along with my own time to go to a UPS return center. After reviewing my issue with Danielle S @ customer relations, she agreed to refund my total purchase price and I did not have to return the defective DVD player. Ordering from this company has created nothing but issues. They signed me up for a membership without my permission or providing any confirmation, they simply charged me unknowingly. I called customer service and I was belittled and disrespected by the agent (Cameron) . I finally spoke to someone who provided some sort of aid with my issue, but reaching this conclusion was beyond difficult . I will never shop with this company again.
