Since the management transition to Legends Senior Living, there has been a noticeable decline in quality across several aspects of the facility. The food offerings have diminished, and meals are certainly not “great” in any means, as well as being terribly overprocessed. They took away the nicer hard-covered menus and replaced with paper ones (I’m not sure why, but I assume they’re cutting corners as always). For various reasons my mom decided to go to another facility. I called the facility in October to request my deposit refund and was promised a refund within 5 days….it’s been 5 months! If they can’t issue a refund properly just think about how well they will treat your loved one. The service is horrendous! I’m now forced to take further action to receive my deposit refund. Don’t send anyone to live here, they are awful!!

In the work I do, I help families find the right senior living community when they’re going through a really emotional and overwhelming time. I’ve recently helped a family move their loved one into this community, and it was very reassuring to see how welcomed and cared for they were once they arrived.
