Need a 0 stars option. Heartis is a living nightmare! Chawn is not compassionate and should never be hired as a director of any facility responsible for care of the elderly, disabled or minors. He is fake and not a nice person. Erin, a med tech in the memory care, is rude and disrespectful. She should never be allowed to work in this industry again.
