This place is not right at all. Please get some people in here that cares.
Honest, but sad. My father has been a resident of Heartis for many years. We have watched several ED's, and RCDs come through the building, as well as Care Staff. The current Administrator Trunetta Resse has been the worst to come through Heartis of Fayetteville. We all have watched as the black cloud has come over Heartis. Staff are depressed, and anxious. Went to visit my mom Sunday, Nov. 30th, she had on the same clothes she has had on for 3 days and didn't smell to fresh. The staff are good at taking trash out of room and bringing meds but not making sure resident are clean. This is on the assisted living side.
Mark, Annie and Stacy are amazing and make it their mission to make sure their residents are well taken care of! Awesome community!
