My dad has been at Heartis for quite some time and had positive words up to the past 5 months. Sure, no community is perfect, but plainly said bad management. Constantly broken elevator, overflowing dumpster that stinks, and overflowing grease pit that stinks too are his biggest complaints. My dad is in his right state of mind and is independently living and complains that it’s turned into a bonafide nursing home.
