Went to visit my mom Sunday, Nov. 30th, she had on the same clothes she has had on for 3 days and didn't smell to fresh. The staff are good at taking trash out of room and bringing meds but not making sure resident are clean. This is on the assisted living side.
Mark, Annie and Stacy are amazing and make it their mission to make sure their residents are well taken care of! Awesome community!
I was debating moving in to be closer to my cousin who lives there but after visiting not impressed. She was sold a dream/lied to about the amenities and staff. Place seems ok at best but just not the way to do business with us seniors.
Annie is an absolute treasure. She represents Heartis in every capacity with heart and professionalism!
