EXCELLENT!!! I called this company for a second opinion and was pleased with their honesty and work ethics. They informed me that my chimney was built up with quite a bit of creosote and they would do what they could to remove the majority of it.(about 85%). They said it would be as safe as any other fireplace and with the use of creosote remover the remaining creosote could be dealt with, with no problem.
