Absolutely horrible communication at almost every interaction. Every worker gives different information. Additionally when I came to cash an insurance claim check I was treated as if I was scamming. I do not recommended if you need anything more than a simple checking account because it will become a horrible misinformed hassle.
I have banked with them for years, wonderful employees, very helpful and friendly.
