We purchased a propane fireplace from Hearths A'Fire and had little to no experience with installation or maintenance. The customer service here is exceptional. I cant say enough about a gentleman by the name of Brian. He has gone far above and beyond for me in any time of need. He's about as professional and personable as anyone I've encountered and has truly shown he cares. He recently came with another very helpful gentleman by the name of Luke, even when their schedules are packed, to help me resolve a maintenance issue.... read more
