My experience with Hearth and home has been Wonderful. Moving my wife here has been one of the best decisions that I’ve made. The staff is friendly, very prompt and attentive to her needs. They have taken very good care of her with no complaints. The food has been very appetizing. They even offer for me to eat lunch with her when I am there no questions asked I feel very at home here and like I’m part of the family. Mya (the homes dog) is extremely friendly and loving my wife, adores her.

Workers come in smelling like weed and management chooses to ignore it. They more concerned about room cleans over resident care. Caregivers get accused of things they didn’t do ( no questions asked). 3rd shift leaves the residents soaked with wet beds (they chose to ignore it) also 3rd shift also sits around on phones or sleeps (heard from third shift) Sherrill and Tammy don’t appreciate staff. I was employed here and at first I thought it was great but this place runs their employees to death and it’s hard to even sit down for a break. Then they complain about everything. The management is lazy and seems fine face to face but behind closed doors it’s a whole different story. The residents are left in pee and poop during 3rd shift and no one checks on them. I was Welcomed as soon as I walked in the Door, Offered a Beverage. I am an agency Aide and I have never felt more at home. The compassion the aides and the nurses give warm my heart The food was delicious and the place was really clean.
