Mark was extremely professional and helpful when he arrived on time to service my evaporative aircon unit. He took time to help me understand how to use the air-con effectively as I had just moved into my new home, he also took time to rearrange all the ceiling air vents in each room as they were all set up incorrectly from the previous owners.
