We've had a fantastic experience with Backyard Billy's over the past year. Last year, we purchased a beautiful propane fire pit table from them and the process - from purchase to delivery and set up - was seamless and professional thanks to Beth and Steven. During the winter months, Steven helped service our 23 year old indoor propane fireplace by replacing the pilot light/switch, which wasn't something we originally bought from Backyard Billy's. Backyard Billie's is amazing. We got a GREAT deal on the 3400A playground. They installed less than a month after order!!! Our 3 year old son is king of the neighborhood castle.
I purchased Telescope furniture from Bill and couldn’t be happier. I’ve had the furniture quite some time however the quality of the chairs and table are still as strong as when I bought them. The staff at Backyard Billy’s were so helpful and patient. Before you make a purchase from another company I highly recommend you start at Backyard Billy’s for your outdoor patio furniture experience!
