If you are in a manual wheelchair, don't park in the designated area. Go up a little further and there is an asphalt cut out to park. You can go into the sales office with no issues. The outside part of the business is gravel and grass that is very hard to maneuver in a manual wheelchair.
Over ten years, we've bought two top line sets (4 chairs with tables and ottomans, all still in great shape) and yesterday had Brian come tdo repairs to our propane fireplace. As with every previous call, scheduling, timeliness, professional, and friendly purchase/repairs, everything went perfectly. I'd be proud to have a man like Brian in my employ. I can't recommend Backyard Billy's strongly enough.
I’ve been using Backyard Billy’s for cleaning and service on my pellet stove for 7 years. My stove was serviced/cleaned by them in October, as we have done every year and now it’s not working. I called for repair service and had to wait 3 days for a return call only to be told there were no appointments available until January. Terrible customer service and no way to treat a loyal customer.
Wonderful Customer Service when placing a large order of Woodard Cast Aluminum furniture. I highly recommend visiting their large showroom.
We went to Backyard Billy's for a new electric fireplace. Brian came out for an estimate and was knowledgeable and helpful. We needed a custom surround plate built and his measurements were perfect, it looks amazing. Josephine was also so helpful with scheduling and answering any questions I had. We need a new shed soon and we will definitely get it from Backyard Billy's!
