I am a very enthusiastic fan of Heartfulness Meditation, and the wonderful and supportive community of people at the Cleveland Heartfulness Meditation Center. I've been practicing Heartfulness Meditation for over 20 years and I've been profoundly changed by it. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a pretty decent place for meditation. One thing to be careful of is when people who come in sick. The best advice that I received growing up is if one is sick and thinks they are contagious, is to stay home. Meditation can still be done at home for the weeks that someone is out due to the fact that they are sick. If you think you are contagious, it is better that one stays home and rests instead of going out with chances of spreading sickness to others and it does not help the person who is sick either.

Wonderful support for a personal meditation practice alongside rich and blissful group meditations. If you are truly seeking, this local center, that is part of an international organization, is most hospitable and offers a sincere system of spirituality. All services are free, which to me says everything about the method’s integrity.

Wonderful resource for meditation - Lessons are FREE and unlimited! Where can you find a deal like that? The meditation technique is easy and works really well for me. I love it!
