On December 7th. I ordered 4 personalized Beer Mugs from the website and I was only charged for the personalization and not the mugs. I figured that charge would come later in the ordering. Yesterday, December 12th I was notified my order was cancelled and I was receiving a refund. Because I hadn't paid for the mugs. I would have paid for the mugs, and would pay for them now. but was told that now they are out of stock. These were to be Christmas gifts and needless to say I am very disappointed.
I purchased a mug for my sister's birthday, IT'S PERFECT!!!! Nichole was amazing, helpful and quick. I, also, received one for Christmas and I show it to anyone and why I'm using it for most of my gift giving ideas! Thank you Nichole!
