Ruth recently held a wonderful Movement Shiatsu workshop, and I was so glad that I could attend. Her energy and wisdom are inspiring to be around. I look forward to the next one.

If you like yoga and you like massage, then you will definitely like Shiatsu massage with Ruth. Even if you don't like yoga it is massively beneficial. It feels like a combination of massage, assisted stretching and mobilisation, and is a great complement to more traditional deep tissue massage in keeping the body flexible and moving. Ruth has been visiting me on a monthly basis for nearly two years now. She is always punctual, happy and ready to listen to me when I recount all about the aches and pains that I have had since her last visit. I am always rejuvenated after one of her treatments, and she will tailor the treatment to how you want it. Hard, and sports like massage or a more relaxing gentle one.
