It is incredibly rare for me to leave a google review but I walked into the store to buy running shoes and help be fitted for them and the employee was not helping anyone else and essentially refused to help me at all. I’ve never experienced worse customer service. It’s a cool brand and store but I was beyond disappointed. I’m not sure if it is because I have a baby jogger with me or what the issue was but I will not be returning.
Love their running socks. Not sure even how I found this company but their socks are as good as any I’ve ever owned. I have two pair that have lasted years and still look almost brand new. Just purchased more and they arrived today. Can’t wait to log miles in these. And they’re super cute/cool! Need a location to open here in Austin, TX!
Extremely knowledgeable staff who will work with you to find the right shoe. great return policy give you confidence that you can try a pair out (indoors) until you find the right one.
Never owned a proper pair of running shoes before and Fidelis helped me find the best shoe I think I’ve ever put on my feet. I could not have asked for a better experience here. He and Heather were wonderful to talk to, funny, knowledgeable, and wise! Shoutout Fidelis and Heather, thanks for the Red Bull!
