Love going to Rachel for acupuncture and shiatsu massage. SO relaxing and look forward to it every fortnight. Rachel will assist you in any way and goes above and beyond for you to feel better in your body and is as invested with your health as you are.
Rachel’s day retreat was incredible. The guided meditations and chakra dance were beautiful and powerful and loved the manifesting vision boards. Perfect for both those starting their spiritual enquiry and well seasoned explorers !
