Shady business practice and hidden fees galore. Jennifer the terminal manager in their Melrose Park, IL office is rude, unprofessional and incredibly demeaning. Our load was late and our customer was left extremely unsatisfied. We will never use this company to transport product again. Would leave 0 stars if able to. Beware.
