I called Heart & Soul and explained I needed an outpatient procedure performed in Fort Collins, and I wanted to make sure I had a ride lined up before I scheduled the procedure. I spoke with Jason, who told me Heart & Soul received funding from Larimer County. I asked Jason about pricing, and he said Heart & Soul charged a $20 one-way fee plus $3 per mile.
