Matthew is the best. Very educational
The place is set up well and they have brooks, saucony, keen and more. I just didn’t feel welcomed into the store. There are two kids who work there and they welcomed me in and said we have men’s show over there. I said thank you. They sat down and got on their phones and didn’t make an effort to get up and ask questions or help. I looked around and decided, I’ll go somewhere local that will earn my business. I have purchased shoes from this many times due to my need for footwear that provides excellent support. The staff are consistently very helpful. My only wish is that they would offer a greater variety of options in extra-wide widths. They are able to order shoes online for you if your size is not available in the store.
I received help immediately as I walked in the door. A very nice young man assisted in getting and trying on my podiatrist suggested insoles. I will be shopping there for all my insoles in the future.
I highly recommend this store. The service is excellent—courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The shoes were fitted to my individual needs. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly.
