We bought a pair of shoes here on Sept 22 using a credit card which the owner insisted on handling himself. On Sept 30 charges began to appear on our credit card account which we have not used for anything else. BEWARE
I’m not a fan. My Keen nonslip shoes are the wrong size, too big. Midsole support could also be better.
Excellent customer service! I brought in my current shoes and the young man (didn’t catch his name) walked me through a variety of options and was very knowledgeable on every model of shoe.
