I’ve been here a few times now while on holidays and have had a great experience every time. Lovely staff, especially Jenny, the gorgeous soul never fails to make me laugh and feel great about myself. She’s always happy to help out and answer all my questions. Love this shop, definitely worth the visit!
I had a wonderful experience in this shop whilst on holidays recently. Lovely service which alone makes me want to go back. I was only going to buy a tea towel (really funny ones) but found some great jewellery as well. I’m going back to Kingscliff as soon as we can and I fully intend on visiting this shop again and having a longer visit.
Visited this store today and didn't receive as much as a hello . The rude woman behind the counter didn't offer any service as she stayed glued to her phone ignoring her customers . Shame on you. In.a new COVID world where businesses are failing constantly it would serve you well to respect the customers who keep you operating. You are not superior to us just because you have a job in retail!!
