They were very rude here. I would not recommend this store. Overpriced and bad customer service.
I’ve never been treated so rudely by a shop owner in my life. I went into this downtown Siloam Springs shop expecting to browse and support a local business, but the owner’s attitude ruined that instantly. From the moment I walked in, the 70 year old looking brunette started staring us down, did not say hello and acted like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I had a really disappointing experience here. The older brunette woman working — old enough to be my mom, and I’m 40 — was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. There’s no excuse for treating customers like that. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect.
I really enjoyed shopping at Heart of the Home on Ladies night out. The store carries a variety of charming and unique items that are perfect for gift items when you want to give something special or add something special to your own home. I have received so many compliments on the faux tulips I got there previously. They are so realistic. And the owner is friendly and welcoming as well as the assistants. I will return anytime I am needing a special gift.
