We started banking with them in early 2015. which went smoothly, But in last few months of 2016 I have had some major issues. Two withdrawals were made from my account to a credit card that was not mine. We got it fixed, but I had to spend some time on the paperwork. Also, A few checks that I had wrote to others were cashed but check numbers were not inputted into the system, this created another timely situation when it came time to reconcile that bank statement.
