This is an absolutely horrible credit union. It takes 2cweeks to get a debit card out of them and usually requires more than one request (meaning it actually takes a month). I can't believe I have been with them for 14 years. Take your business elsewhere. I will be moving my acct.

The employees at Heart O’ Texas Federal Credit Union are very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I have never worked with a Banking institution that works so hard to earn a customers business. They are very committed to making sure their customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend this credit Union for ALL of your banking needs.

I absolutely love this bank! Setting up accounts was quick and easy. Everything was handle professionally and efficiently. The staff is friendly and professional and willing to go the extra mile for their clients! I will be doing business with them for years to come

I was able to get a loan. they could do alot of the things over email. my credit is between ok and decent and they were willing to work with me on a personal loan. I was able to get some debt down which is a relief. thanks for the chance and help.

Have banked with HOTFCU for many years and will for many more. The staff has always been very friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to bank.
