Been doing heart math for three years without one thing, good or bad, that I can attribute to it. The device was expensive. The "training" was expensive. I put my best foot forward and really wanted this to be helpful but unfortunately I must conclude that heartmath is nothing more than a multi-level marketing hoax 😓
Not only do they sell sensors that do not work as advertised but they have the most miserable customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been told three times now that the refund check is in the mail by the same representative and I have never received anything and it has been months. You have been warned by someone who actually cares - this place is an absolute joke and the worst part is it was recommended by Dr Joe Dispenza. Dr Joe you have some explaining to do

I'm looking into getting the heart coherence device. You know what I'm talking about if you've listened to Gregg Braden.This website comes highly recommend.
