RecommendedLarry Joyce Junie and Dave are family and will treat you the same. I have purchased a pellet stove and recently a fireplace insert. They sent a crew the were efficient and polite. I know if I ever have a problem they will stand behind their work. It is always best to deal with a family business!
Worst service. Horrible owner. He is rude condescending and sexist. I strongly suspect that if I was a male he would have treated me different. I have never been talked down to and disrespected like I was talking to Larry. He should not be allowed to treat people like that
Great service and great stoves. They sold me a Harman P68 and installed it in my home. Very informative crew, professional and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to make sure it was done right and looked good.

Good advice when we bought the stove in 2002, help with occasional problems over the years, available parts and supplies as needed.
There are no adequate words to express our gratitude to the Miller family. We received the best customer care, bar none, by everyone we worked with. They saved us over FOUR THOUSAND dollars, repairing a pellet stove their competitor considered irreparable and only wanted to discuss selling us a new stove. Thank you BRIAN DAVE JUNO and Mr. and Mrs. Miller. We will never go anywhere else!
Awesome people to deal with. I purchased one stove last year and now I’m back purchasing another stove and my boss is even purchasing a stove from them. Always friendly family environment. I asked many questions at different visits with different employees and have been treated very well every time. They will have my business as long as they are open!!!
Excellent service! Saved me a ton of money by patiently talking me through a fix on the phone that I could do myself instead of having a service person have to come out to the house.
