I had Kathy for today’s class~~~ she is amazing! It’s not my first time for BLS/CPR class, but this class is still really helpful! I’m so confident after this class~~~You have to know those key points, and hands-on skills are important for sure! All instructions are clear!
I came here to do my BLS skills testing. I drove all the way from Chesapeake to VA beach to take this test and from the minute I arrived was treated very inappropriately. A scary, unprofessional, rude woman who later claimed she is one of the faculties (which I don't believe) attempted to take my BLS skill test. In the beginning of the test, with ONE small mistake she failed me. She did not finish the test as it is protocol to do so, and she told me I needed to go home and "practice."
