Dr Hany and staff were kind and patient in diagnosing my hearing loss, fitting hearing aids, and providing education for their use. Very professional, took time to answer all of my questions. I have been 100% happy with my hearing aids. Yes, they took getting used to because I'm hearing a lot that I've been missing. I found HEARt Ear Boutique on the internet & a client of mine just happened to go there too & said it was excellent. Robert & his wife Vinnie are GEMS!! So kind & truly caring. He spent over 2 hours with me on my initial visit. I was sitting in a restaurant in Leeds NY and for the first time in years, I had to turn down my new hearing aids. I can hear a clock I haven’t heard in years! These are absolutely amazing! What lovely people running this business! I am beyond impressed! John Halvorsen
I am so glad I made the decision to get a hearing test with them ! Hearing aids were recommended, and fitted that day. I found them so easy to adjust to. On next visit I explained one issue I was having and an easy adjustment was made. They are comfortable to wear all day... pop them in and forget they are there. And can easily adjust them for surroundings. Best decision I made for myself ! And those around me... lol.
