As a Firefighter and Paramedic with decades of experience, I want to commend the technicians Juan and Gennaro who provided Non-Emergency Medical Transport for my mother today. We had two back-to-back Kaiser appointments, one in Ontario for wound care and immediately after in Chino Hills. I dont normally write reviews but after seeing others similar experiences at the Riverside CA location , i thought id let you know that I was fully enrolled in their onboarding system, and was ready to start only to be dropped without warning so avoid this place. They waste time, dodge accountability, and communicate like they’re running a group chat, not a company. This place is incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or energy. Extremely Unreliable – Proceed with Caution I had a nearly identical experience to someone else here. I interviewed with Chris, got hired immediately, and was told I’d start the following week. I went through all the onboarding steps in Paycom, completed forms, and stayed ready. But there was zero follow-through. No one reached out, no schedule was confirmed, and any attempt to get clarification was met with silence. I can only imagine how much this unproffesionalism carries over into their everyday operations with patients.
