Transport shows up 15 minutes after Dr appt was scheduled. Transport had some issues. Nobody called to inform me of problem. They could of sent another Transport or at least called.. Had to make another dr appt for 1 and a half months later. I made sure kaiser never uses heart transportation for my appointments!

The driver of van #255 cut me off, pulled right in front of me, forced his way across, caused me to have to come to a complete stop for him, while I was driving on Main Street in Tustin. After he passed by my window, I flipped him off, and he flipped me off as well. I sent over the dashcam videos but no response yet.

Dumped my 75 year old disabled father in a chair at his appointment and didn't return for him until 20 minutes after the pickup time 50 minutes after the appointment ended). Gurney transportation services have always stayed with my dad, so I didn't know to request a wait and return. When they were moving him to the chair so they could leave, I explained that they have always stayed with him and that the appointment would likely end much earlier than the scheduled return time. These two assistants were so disruptive at the San Pedro mental health center that I went out of my way to leave a review. One was dropping excessive fbombs in a mental health center, talking on the phone and thankfully a security guard stepped in told him he couldn’t be on the phone. Please screen these wheelchair assistants they’re taking care of lives and in sensitive environments. Very disappointing to witness.
