The best in the business! Carlee Johnson (the owner!) and staff are so kind and professional. It is so great to have an appointment with an experienced hearing aid specialist who is also the owner operator with 20 plus years of experience. This location is the former nexgen hearing clinic with all the same staff! If you’re in Vernon and in need of hearing and hearing aid services - this is the clinic to go to.
Highly recommend. The service is excellent and the staff are very helpful and compassionate.
Step son ran out of hearing aid batteries and Wal-Mart (right next door to his work) was out of his size, I searched where to get batteries in town and found this place, the staff was super friendly and quick to help out. They gave my Step son a couple of pack of hearing aid batteries at no charge, I was prepared to pay and they just asked if a couple packs would be enough and gave them over. Way above and beyond, much thanks!
Great staff and friendly! They are there for you when you need last minute items for your hearing aids if you have ran out. When have issues with your hearing aides they are right there to help fix or send away if needed. Y'all Rock!
