It was a better hearing test than the first place I had gone to. They were clear on my hearing loss and what was covered under insurance. It was 2 days to get hearing aids and 30 minutes to me fitted.

The service and advice I received on my first visit was top notch! Testing was handled very professionally and explained to me in detail what was being done. Questions I had were addressed as I had hoped. Mary, the Audiologist was great to work with. I highly recommend HearingLife of Glencoe for any hearing issues and/or needs.
The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to review data and explain options clearly and listened to my questions.
