Excellent service! The receiver wires wore out on my hearing aids. They had replacement parts on hand and were able to replace them quickly. Highly recommend them!
Jonathan is thorough, but not pushy! Gentle approach is appreciated. He deeep cleans the aids and explains as he does so. Service is cheerful and efficient.
It was a better hearing test than the first place I had gone to. They were clear on my hearing loss and what was covered under insurance. It was 2 days to get hearing aids and 30 minutes to me fitted.
