This review is directed at Veronica--I'm not a client and haven't been to HearingLife for a consultation, but today I was involved in a car accident right in front of the HearingLife center. Multiple people came out to check on both of us involved in the accident so I apologize for leaving anyone out. People are good to work with but hearing aids are low quality and can't stand the noise they make around a machine running, running water,or window down in vehicle still using one of my 10 years old ones for comfortable
Went in for a hearing check and had a great appointment. All of my questions answered and the staff was friendly. Probably the best customer service I've had at a doctor's office.
