This is the first time I met Veronica as she Is new to the office. She was very welcoming when I came into the office. Veronica was very professional and friendly. She checked my hearing aids, gave me a hearing test, and ask if I had any questions. Before I left, she gave him your card and asked me to come back if I have had any questions or concerns.
From the moment I walked in the door to this practice, I felt accepted and heard. Heather and Veronica were kind, courteous and helpful. I am currently in the process of trying out my new hearing aid so the jury is still out as to whether it will work for me. Thank you for two exceptional and professional employees.
Veronica Inkley was both knowledgeable and very helpful. She recommended a different tip for my devices and it is a great improvement.
If you need an excellent hearingaid with service and support this is the best. I have my oticon over 5 years and it needed an adjustment. They installed a stronger receiver, new ear piece, adjustments. Cost ZERO. They stand behind the product Completely. No razzle dazzle.
Veronica is amazing, friendly, and very informed on hearing issues. I would not know how bad my hearing is or what damage would be done if left not corrected. Wonderful agency.
