for receptionist professional engaging super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately for the Hearing Instrument Specialist once he saw me I knew it was over before it started. Presented as unfriendly and to state that the cross hearing aid is “cosmetic” was a very interesting comment. How is assistance in needing to hear a cosmetic treatment. I had a brain tumor and I’m profoundly deaf in my left ear. And this would carry sound into my right ear.
