Woke up to a broken hearing aid this morning (knocked it off the night table), brought it in and Kristin fixed it and it's like new!! From Carolyn the front desk, everything is absolutely perfect at this location!
Booked an appointment with the hearing specialist directly since the admin was away. Got a call saying they are going to be away so they need to reschedule. I had scheduled two other Doctors appointments around that appointment. They were not accomodating and the hours are not good for working families and families with school aged children. When I said I have to cancel due to a tight schedule, I was hung up on - hence the one star. When you charge $85 for an appointment, have the decency to thank and say goodbye properly. 1... read more
I just had the pleasure of dealing with Giovanna at the Greenbank location. She is one of the most pleasant and helpful individuals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in decades. She went above and beyond to find us the earliest appointment possible at one of their other locations. This country needs more people like Giovanna. Thank you so much!
Came in for a general hearing test. Was unaware at first that there was no charge. Katie is a fantastic audiologist and made the experience, simple, quick, and efficient. The receptionist was very kind.
