This location is very accommodating and personable with my family member’s needs. However, I have been very disappointed in the last week. There have been 2 attempts to attend this location. Both times they have been met with it being closed upon arrival during regular operational hours. Many clients are elderly and rely on transportation arrangements. Being young and needing a hearing test sucks, but Kystal? The receptionist made it very easy... Super courteous staff, quick service, simple directions and free assessment (as another place in Barrhaven charges anyone under 50 years of age, 70$) Very greatful for a swift and seamless first experience
