Receptionist wont let me book a hearing test out of pocket, having had one paid under insurance, my doctor wanted one for a suspect perforated ear drum before sending me to an ENT, guess the er is the best for retesting from injury, or another clinic lmao
I had a really hard time with my hearing loss because of wax inside of my ear. My husband and I went to the clinic, KATIE did an essential assessment of the problem and tried her best to help me with the problem. She is so skillful and gentle with patients and her attitude makes patients more comfortable during the procedure. Thank you so much Katie for your help and being there for patients.
