Amazing, I was overwhelmed at the VSO's recent concert because of everything I can hear now. I was missing so much. These hearing aids are a blessing. And Mandy is doing a wonderful job making sure I get the most from them.
Mandy, Sarah and the team are awesome. I have had my hearing aides for the past 16 months and they are so obliging. I could not ask for better service and quality. Tori Erickson was a very detailed, attentive and professional Audiologist to deal with. She was informative, helpful and enjoyable to meet.
During the Christmas holiday, 2023, I brought my dad to see Sarah. She was very nice and helpful to him, although she knew that my dad wouldn’t get any hearing aid bc he had gotten his devices from somewhere else. Sarah is very knowledgeable, she explained him patiently the problem and how we can solve it. Thank you Sarah❤️
I cannot recommend Hearing Life (formerly Nexgen Hearing)in West Vancouver highly enough. From the moment we walked into the office for the first appointment we felt so welcome and we were treated with such professionalism and kindness by everyone.
