Very friendly and helpful staff. The practitioner is well-trained, knowledgeable, professional and explained the procedures very well.

I’ve had my fair share of problems with hearing over the last 35 years, I’m 43. So I’ve seen my fair number of audiologists as well. Alyssa was amazing to deal with. She made me feel that I was a friend not another customer trying to sell something to. She was very professional, made sure I was aware of all possibilities with getting a hearing aid.
