Went in with wax built up and my left ear was mostly plugged. The chair she had was VERY uncomfortable. She did the camera….did my right ear first. Poured oil into my ear and left me for a few minutes. Flushed it like 3 or 4 times. Got soaked the second time. Down the inside of my hoodie into my chest. Top of my hoodie was soaked. I was surprised she didn’t initially offer a towel or something to protect my clothing. She blamed my earring but the first time had no issues.
