Can't book an appointment despite having a referral. Every time I call, they tell me to wait a week. This went on for 2-3 weeks before I gave up.
I had an appointment with the doctor, but they canceled my appointment without calling or notifying me in advance. I had to drive over an hour, had to take time off work to get to this appointment. It sucks if we cancel with them after 24 hours, we have to pay a $20 fine. But when they cancel patients, nothing happens to them, no apology or anything. Extremely unprofessional
This clinic is busy I’ll give them that! Their appointments are so far behind that people are literally pissed walking to the doctor’s exam room when called. Luckily I took the day off work because this place was uncertain about procedures and what they’d do for me at this place! Lucky I did because I’ve now been here almost an hour past my confirmed appointment time at 11:45a. Appointment time was told over the phone but confirmation was never sent. The only email sent was to fill in the first appointment documentation. Showed up for the time that was given and according to their system it was for a different time. No accountability on trying to accommodate for a mistake they did.
