We had family come to stay with us, and the airline lost a bag with a hearing aid charger. We came here at 8:30 in the morning to try to buy a replacement (which retails for $400) and they offered to just lend us one for the duration of her stay. She didn’t even buy them from hearing life so it was really going over and beyond, so they obviously have amazing support.
I’ve been very happy with the support and service I’ve received from HL 1133. Very professional and always on time. Highly recommend the Oticon units. Make sure you ask for Sima as your audiologist.
I never write reviews about anything (due to general laziness) but I have to recommend this place as my vist was truly remarkable, the audiologist was not only exceptional at her job, but she was extremely patient and kind with my father. I could not recommend this place enough! When you go, make sure you have Sima as the audiologist.
Avoid their ear cleaning service. They use a basic hand tool (essentially a spray bottle) that you can buy online for less than the cost of the service. The experience was terrible—the water was freezing, and it didn’t remove anything. Complete waste of money. On top of that, the receptionist was unprofessional, and the doctor seemed more focused on selling a hearing test than providing proper care.
I just phoned and they told me I can register as a new patient to get my ear wax removed but doesnt guarantee anything LOL get lost. Business sucks
