We have been customers for over five years. The care and service provided is above average, by a long shot. Leena Patel has been responsible for our care. We could not be more pleased. All aspects and inquiries were promptly taken care of; be it adjusting volumes or getting a hand-held remote (no charge). Product quality is very good, and durable. This includes all accessories. We had a great experience at this Queens plate location for our mom. Leena and all the staff are fantastic and really helped my mom with choosing and finalizing her hearing aids they made the process so much easier for us. The receptionist for Dr. Atlas and Dr. David Hacker are terrible giving a customer service well that's very far to say that it is a customer service. They are ruff and like in a very bad humor. This is very unconfortable and they treat you with no manners what so ever. Terrible experience. The nurse called and hour after because they forgot I was there and because I asked the time I should wait. Please try to find another place. I DO NOT recommend
