I wasn’t able to hear conversation among people or the television nor could I hear the radio without it being more than half way up the volume dial so I went for a hearing test. Roy explained clearly and simply what was wrong with my hearing loss. Popped a trial pair of hearing aids on set by computer to coincide with my hearing test. I couldn’t believe how well I could hear! I had my custom set hearing aids within a week:) I couldn’t be happier
