Friendly enough but poor communication after visit (very difficult to get a hold of them).
Very helpful and professional an enjoyable experience
The owner is professional and sells quality merchandise at fair prices. She provides quality service. I had one incident recently with a young tech employee that was somewhat upsetting, but no big deal !
