The staff here has gone far above what they've needed too. I bought my hearing aids from another company and they just couldn't adjust them properly. Grand Audition has gone out of there way to get me where I need to be. I'm grateful to have found them and would recommend to anyone.
Robert Pena is Professional, Personable and Knowledgeable. He takes the time to get to know his clients, he is not pushy and it makes a world of difference! His office is clean, pleasant and his assistant Jessica is kind and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Hearing Care & Audiology!
Actually, arrived early and was greeted by Jessica who was super nice, a few moments later Robert came out introduced himself and said it will be a few minutes as he still had a client
